TERMS & CONDITIONS

01) All bookings are subject to the availability of the golf course
02) Weekend golfing requires advance booking of at least 3 days.
03) It is compulsory to wear rubber or softspikes golf shoes on all courses
04) PARGTM* reserves the right to change the packages and prices without prior notice.
05) Golfers must adhere to the rules and regulations set by the respective golf courses and PARGTM.
06) In case of bad weather, refunds will be made in accordance to the rules set by the respective golf course.
07) Transport and cart fees are not refundable.
08) All golfers must have valid handicap cards from their home courses.
09) Full payment is required upon booking to Blue Creek (M) Sdn Bhd
10) There will be no refund on deposit for no show or cancellation on the day of play.
11) PARGTM or any of its agents or employees shall not be held liable for (a) any lost of damage to property or injuiry
___to any person(s) by reason of any defect, negligence or other wrongful act (b) any inconvenience, mental distress
___or other similar eventualities (c) any delay in departure or tee-off time and (d) any cancellation or double
___booking.
